Stunning BDA exhibits at 2021 National Science and Technology Week

Dancing robots, miniature rocket models... exhibits from the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) are under the spotlight during the Beijing Science and Technology Week. 

The 2021 National Science and Technology Week, also known as the Beijing Science and Technology Week, is being held from May 22 to 28, offering a combination of online and offline exhibitions to present a technological feast of over 150 exhibits.

The offline exhibition is both indoor and outdoor. 

The indoor exhibition focuses on the achievements in building the Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Center, combating COVID-19 and preparing for the Winter Olympics. 

Seven BDA companies shine in that part of the exhibition.

At the booth of Qiancheng Exploration, miniature cars drive back and forth on simulated roads. 

The pilot test platform for autonomous driving intelligent connected cars brought by Qiancheng Technology is an efficient platform for pre-testing intelligent connected vehicles.

As a representative of unmanned heavy trucks, Truck.tech presents its L4 autonomous driving solutions for different application scenarios such as ports and highways.

Enterprises in the aerospace industry have also brought new products to the science week.

Their technological products include Galactic-Energy's "Ceres 1" rocket model, an independent and controllable high-speed and high-reliability communication protocol chip developed by Tasson, and the super-M bipedal humanoid robot of Bjrobot.

In addition, there is KQGIS Desktop, the first domestic GIS platform that supports the national production environment, and a product developed by Zhituoshijie that can solve 3D surface scanning collection with only one camera.

A total of 18 BDA enterprises participated in exhibitions. In addition to the seven companies participating in the offline exhibition, 11 others showed their research and development results through videos and explanations.

The online exhibition hall also hosted live events, inviting experts and scholars from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Tsinghua University and other scientific research institutes and universities to conduct online sessions.
