Updated: 2023-02-09

Recently, the National Standardization Administration and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the list of pilot projects for the application of intelligent manufacturing standards in 2022.

Among the four projects selected in Beijing, two companies from Beijing E-Town featured on the list, the projects of which account for 50 percent of that of Beijing: the "Pilot Application of Standards for Large-Scale Personalized Customization of Industrial Control Systems" of Hollysys Technology Group Co, and the "Smart Factory Standard Application Pilot Project for Intelligent Flexible Assembly of Guidance Cabin" of North Navigation Control Technology Co.

This project aims to promote manufacturing enterprises to use standardized methods to organize production, operation, management and services. The pilot project period is from Jan 2023 to Dec 2024, with a duration of two years.

How will the applicants advance during the construction period of the pilot project?

To explore the application of new models, Hollysys will launch the "Pilot Application of Standards for the Large-Scale Personalized Customization of Industrial Control Systems".

Based on the past experience of completing more than 3,000 intelligent manufacturing system integration projects annually, and participating in national standards, industry standards and group standards, Hollysys will develop a full life cycle management system for intelligent manufacturing system integration projects.

The company will also apply the relevant standards and research results of large-scale and personalized customization, establish a large-scale customized operation system covering order, design, manufacturing and engineering services, quickly respond to the personalized customization requirements of various sub-sectors, reduce the costs of smart manufacturing system integration projects, and reduce implementation costs and shorten contract lead times, according to Hollysys.

"The 'Smart Factory Standard Application Pilot Project for Intelligent Flexible Assembly of Guidance Cabin' is the only project in Beijing to focus on the construction of smart workshops and factories in the military industry." Said Li Haitao, general manager of North Navigation Control.

As a national key military enterprise under the China Ordnance Industry Group and the country's first overall listed company with military assets, North Navigation Control has used advanced intelligent control technology to explore an intelligent development path in line with the military industry.
