Two companies enter list of national demonstration enterprises

The China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association announced the list of 2022 China Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Innovation Demonstration Enterprises. 

Beijing Honor Trends Innovation Technology Co and Beijing LLVision Technology Co were selected for their outstanding performance in collaborative innovation among industry, university, and research, independent and controllable product technology, and transformation of scientific research results.

"LLVision has seized the opportunity in AR/VR since the beginning of this year and has carried out multiple cooperation projects with Zhejiang University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Tsinghua University, to promote high-quality development of the AR/VR industry," said a representative from LLVision. 

Currently, LLVision and the School of Optoelectronic Engineering at Zhejiang University established the First Perspective Optical Computing + AI joint laboratory to research the forefront optical display technology of AR. 

The company also established the First Perspective Computing Joint Laboratory with the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences to research multi-modal perception interaction technologies related to visual intelligent perception, deep neural network compression, and acceleration. 

It also signed a deep cooperation agreement with the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University to conduct pre-research on AR intelligent glasses for industry applications and hearing aid services.

After eight years of development, LLVision's products and solutions have been widely used by leading companies in industries such as industrial, energy, and manufacturing. 

Its business involves 66 countries and regions, serving more than 5,000 enterprise users worldwide. Regarding future development, a representative from LLVision remarked that, "In 2023, we will have more collaborative research and development projects, such as providing sign language recognition algorithms and acoustic AI algorithm capabilities for multiple scenarios, in order to better serve people with hearing impairments."

Honor Trends's cooperation with the Harbin Institute of Technology's Advanced Welding and Joining National Key Laboratory in industry-university-research has made breakthrough in several industries.

As a provider of AIoT-based digital solutions, Honor Trends focuses on fields such as blood safety and biological safety. 

With core technology it independently developed, the company now has over 100 patents and intellectual property rights. 

Over the past three years, Honor Trends's research and development expenses have increased year by year, with total research and development investment exceeding 10 million yuan ($1.45 million).
