Multi-museum collaboration unlocks new experiences in Beijing E-Town

To promote Beijing E-Town's industrial science and technology tourism brand, the museums located in the area collaborated for a cross-disciplinary exploration journey spanning technology, humanities, and ecology on May 18.
Nanhaizi Milu Garden Museum, COFCO Coca-Cola Beijing Museum, Chinese Aged Agarwood Culture Museum, and German Herbal Tea Museum have cooperated to bring the public a special tourism event.
This event aimed to showcase the innovative achievements of Beijing E-Town in areas such as innovative culture and the integration of science and culture through a series of experiential and interactive industrial science and technology tourism activities, allowing tourists to deeply appreciate the unique charm of this internationally top-notch high-end industrial comprehensive new area.
On the day of the event, the Nanhaizi Milu Garden Museum attracted a large number of visitors. Locals, experts, and scholars followed the guide into the museum to visit the natural ecological exhibition, learning the detailed legendary story of the Milu deer.
Meanwhile, at the COFCO Coca-Cola Beijing Museum, tourists strolled through the carefully crafted themed exhibition areas. Through transparent viewing corridors, visitors witnessed the complete production process of Coca-Cola bottles from blowing, filling, labeling to packaging. This comprehensive experience ranging from brand history to production practices not only allowed visitors to delve deep into the hundred-year development trajectory of Coca-Cola but also provided a firsthand experience of the charm of modern industrial production and the commitment of enterprises to social responsibility.
Stepping into the Chinese Aged Agarwood Culture Museum, visitors encountered various agarwood spices, ancient fragrance utensils, and artworks that showcase the thousand-year history of agarwood culture. In addition to exploring the exhibits, tourists could also engage in hands-on activities such as crafting traditional lotus-patterned seals.
In the German Herbal Tea Museum, visitors explored the history of German herbal tea through a hundred-year retrospective exhibition of the German tea industry and a display of German world heritage sites. Through transparent windows, visitors observed the tea factory's production process, as well as experienced the precision and meticulousness of European manufacturing.
As the core carrier area of "innovative culture", in the future, Beijing E-Town will continue to apply the industrial tourism resources as a bridge to integrate the local industrial development with the profound cultural heritage, continuously expanding the breadth and depth of the integration of culture and tourism.
