The first Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base of the Western Returned Scholars Association (WRSA) settled in the E-Town High-tech Innovation and Technology Park on March 23.

The E-Town High-tech Innovation and Technology Park has been focused on developing as a public service platform for biomedicine to serve biomedical R&D institutions and production enterprises. 

With a construction area of 100,000 square meters, the park is composed of six R&D buildings, one business incubator, one apartment, six single office buildings and one standard factory.

It has built five service platforms for basic service, value-added service, financial service, medical service and public technical service to provide enterprises with convenience in office matters, investment and financing, patent applications and pilot testing. 

With the help of an industry-university-research exchange platform, an entrepreneurial mentor and expert exchange platform, a college internship practice marketing platform, a road show platform and an international cooperation exchange platform, companies are able to complete project connection and cooperate without leaving the park.
