TruckTech and China National Machinery Imp&Exp Corp (CMC) recently signed an agreement to cooperate commercially in the field of intelligent transportation equipment. 

The two parties will jointly provide 400 self-driving trucks and related products and services to the domestic and international markets.

The cooperation between the companies is of great significance. It will open a new model of collaboration between large-scale central enterprises and autonomous driving technology companies. 

They will take the industrialization of intelligent transportation equipment as their core goal. The partnership will rely on CMC's platform advantages and combine the core technology and product resources of TruckTech to promote the commercial cooperation of intelligent transportation equipment.

In the domestic market, TruckTech will promote autonomous driving technology, products and services through CMC's comprehensive market information channels and customer resources. It will also explore the establishment of close industrial chain cooperation with capital as the link.

Also, based on CMC's strong overseas operating organizations and networks and rich experience in multinational investment, the two firms will go global to promote autonomous driving products in ASEAN, East Asia, Central Asia and countries along the Belt and Road as well as overseas markets in Europe and the United States. 

Meanwhile, the two parties will also actively promote the "production, learning, research and application" of autonomous driving technology to facilitate the rapid development of autonomous driving at the technical, academic, industrial and application levels.
