The secret behind frequently rung listing bells

Updated: 2021-08-12

In the first half of the year, five companies in the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA), including Huaan Xinchuang, the China National Gold Group, Kawin Technology, JOINN and JD Logistics, made their debut on the capital market, and the number of newly listed companies in the BDA ranked third in Beijing.

On August 4, as the BGT Group sounded the listing bell, the number of listed companies in the BDA in 2021 reached six.

Just two days ago, shares of Sino Biological were issued online, with an issue price of 292.92 yuan ($45.23). With the highest A-share issuance price on record, the company is about to ring the bell.

Sino Biological is just one of many outstanding enterprises cultivated by the BDA.

The area has initially established the "three stocks" of a listed company database, a planned listed company cultivation database, and a resource database of intermediaries. There are currently 112 enterprises in these stocks.

For companies entering stocks, the BDA equips them with a listing service butler team to provide listing guidance and cultivation, a butler service, municipal listing reward declarations, as well as real-time monitoring of potential risks of listed companies and other services.

As of now, there are 36 domestic and overseas listed companies in the BDA, with a total market value of approximately 2.93 trillion yuan.

To help more outstanding enterprises in the area get listed, the BDA adopts the "one enterprise, one policy", "service packages" that are tailor-made according to different development bottlenecks of enterprises, and arranges a "one-on-one" service stewards service, and enables a smoother path for enterprises to go public.

The area strives to add more than 20 domestic and foreign listed companies, as well as NEEQ companies, to the area by the end of 2015, pushing the number of listed companies to exceed 80.
