BDA promotes one-stop online government service

Updated: 2022-03-08

As the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA) deepens the "one-stop service" and promotes the reengineering of the "audit, management and enforcement" process, enterprises and people in the area are enjoying more efficient and convenient government services.

The BDA has achieved remarkable results in access to more government services through a single website.

Relying on the "one-stop online government service" platform and the "Beijing Tong" mobile terminal application, based on the big data resource platform and the electronic certificate library, the whole process of most government services can be offered online.

Up till now, the online processing rate of in-use items in the BDA has reached 100 percent. All in-use matters have been inquired and handled through service centers, communities, Yiqi service ports, and bank self-service terminals.

Meanwhile, the BDA has also realized the "multi-end certificate display " and "face swiping" of electronic certificates.

Eight types of certificates, such as legal person certificates, ID cards, and driver's licenses, have been electronically interconnected and shared, and applicants can be exempt from submitting them while doing business.

Meanwhile, the BDA has taken the lead in carrying out the reform of a notification-commitment system, and has supported a total of 225 notification-commitment system approval items.

The BDA is also planning to improve "one-stop online government service" platforms in its next step. It will continue to implement more measures to facilitate the people and benefit enterprises, as well as to further sort out high-frequency businesses such as elderly care and medical care, to improve the overall efficiency of government services in the area.
