The cooperation between JD and BOE will be through C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) business, joint construction of a joint research institute for technological innovation, and opening of BOE's self-operated flagship store on JD's platform, paving the way for cutting-edge technologies to the consumer market.

To fully support the C2M model, gain a deep insight into user needs and market feedback, and connect various resource elements on the technical and demand sides, the two parties will jointly build a joint research institute for technological innovation, based on JD's supply chain, digital service capabilities and BOE's industry-leading technology, research and development capabilities, providing higher-quality display products and services, developing diversified and segmented application markets, and achieving supply chain collaboration and business value co-creation.

The self-operated flagship store of BOE, a Beijing E-Town enterprise, officially entered JD.com.
