27 high-frequency business consultation pre-approval processes streamlined

"Previously, when we applied for company registration changes, we had to go to the Government Service Hall. If the materials were not qualified, we had to go back and forth several times. Now we can go to the nearest Government Service Station, where staff members guide us through the process, which is much more convenient," said Ms. Zhang, a staff member from an enterprise in Beijing E-Town.

Recently, the Beijing E-Town Government Service Center piloted 27 high-frequency business consultation pre-approval services, including company registration, food business licensing, and individual business deregistration. The services were conducted at the Government Service Stations of Beijing E-Town Enterprise Tongminghu Service Port, and Jinghai Service Port. 

Ms. Zhang was the first company staff member to experience this service.

Since 2020, Beijing E-Town Government Service Center has deepened the construction of the enterprise service three-level system and proposed a service model of "comprehensive service at service center, remote and self-service at enterprise service stations, guidance and consultation at park service points. 

Company registration changes have an average daily consultation and acceptance volume of about 110 cases in the government service hall.

There are many cases of enterprises repeatedly modifying materials, leading to a high demand for pre-consultation and pre-approval.

Now, enterprises only need to make an appointment on the "Yi Shi Tong" WeChat public account, then the patrol service team of the Government Service Center will conduct on-site consultations, material reviews, and business acceptance at the Government Service Station every Tuesday and Thursday.
