List of top 100 suppliers in China's ICV industry chain released

Updated: 2023-04-06

Four enterprises from Beijing E-Town were selected in the recently released "2022-2023 China's Top 100 Suppliers of Intelligent Connected Vehicle Industry Chain" list by GGII, a Chinese think tank on emerging industries. These four companies are Pony.ai, QCraft, IchTech, and Tsing Standard.

As the benchmark of the annual industry, GGII conducted research and verification on the core data of nearly 300 Chinese intelligent connected hardware and software companies, including their products, technologies, market revenues, and mass production target points.

According to the monitoring data, the ICV industry is entering a critical period of scale growth, with obvious trends in landing applications such as NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) and integrated parking and driving.

Among them, Pony.ai has been focusing on providing fully automated driving technology and gradually forming three business sectors of front-end technologies: Robotaxi, Robotruck, and POV (Personal-Operated Vehicle) intelligent driving business.

The full set of intelligent driving hardware in the POV sector can realize high-speed NOA, memory parking, and active safety functions.

Currently, all three product lines have obtained fixed customers and have begun mass production delivery.

QCraft's strategic goal is to build an automatic driving super factory to achieve efficient commercialization and large-scale landing of automatic driving. It first uses simulation as the core to build an automated closed loop and realize the efficient utilization of massive data.

Then, it launched the "Driven-by-QCraft" unmanned driving solution, which focuses on complex urban traffic scenes and can cover different urban scenarios and vehicle models. It also takes unmanned driving minibuses as a breakthrough point, promoting commercialization landing in nearly 10 cities.

Recently, Tsing Standard's high-speed+urban NOA completed the challenge of complex road scenes in a city with a population of 20 million, and its maturity and stability reached the level of mass production. Information security and ecological connection have also become an indispensable part of the automotive industry chain.

IchTech is dedicated to the R&D of intelligent automotive information security products and technology, using a product layout of combining hardware and software and integrating cars and the cloud.

It has established a professional technical barrier and market-leading advantage in the field of ICV information security and has served approximately 60 percent of L4 unmanned driving vehicles in China, with the landing of 12 vehicle models and 20 application scenarios.

As an important component of intelligent vehicles, digital keys have also become a crucial bridge connecting the automotive and mobile ecosystems.

Tsing Standard is dedicated to this field and has developed the ultra-wideband wireless communication technology (UWB) digital key, which only requires a mobile phone or smartwatch to achieve secure, accurate, and convenient keyless entry and ignition. It can also improve the driving experience through UWB technology's payment function and ETC application based on UWB technology.
