Over the past few years, dozens of countries have joined the competition, to promote international exchange among participating countries of the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) through courses and competitions, and enhance the abilities of excellent students in middle school.

This year's competition had a total of 252 players and 80 coaches from 13 countries and regions.

The China Computer Federation (CCF) sent a Chinese delegation consisting of 42 players.

Among them, 31 players registered for Group A and 11 players registered for Group B. Zhu Pengrui participated in the more challenging Group A competition and eventually won the International Marathon (Trophy) Gold Medal (tied for 12th place globally), Mathematics Competition Excellent Award (tied for 1st place), Coding Competition Excellent Award (tied for 5th place). As a key member of the Chinese team, he ranked first and won gold medal for the team.

The outstanding results are closely related to the curriculum design, educational model, teacher level, and educational philosophy of Beijing E-Town Academy.

Since its establishment in 2018, the school's Information and Computer Science team has continued to develop and grow, forming a relatively complete talent cultivation system and pathway in the field of information technology.

In terms of the teaching team, the school has assembled a strong team of mathematics and science competition teachers, with teachers holding master's and doctoral degrees from prestigious universities such as Tsinghua University, the University of Science and Technology of China, and Beijing Normal University.

The school also pioneered subject-specific classrooms, providing students with scientific exploration spaces that integrate experimental operations, library resources, electronic research, and learning communication.

They have also established advanced physics, chemistry, and biology laboratories, creating a growth channel for young students with research potential and engaged in scientific research.
